Overview

Database Importer for JSM Assets is a quick and effective solution for introducing new JSM use cases for your organization. It is built on top of Atlassian's Forge platform, which provides the foundation for enterprise-grade security, scalability, availability, and performance and enables a well-architected solution.

With the help of Database Importer for JSM Assets, you can import any type of data by synchronizing from your preferred database service — including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Microsoft SQL, Oracle, Aurora MySQL, and Aurora PostgreSQL — in less than 5 minutes. These databases may be hosted anywhere, including but not limited to AWS RDS, Azure SQL Database, Google Cloud SQL, or your own Data Center. More databases are planned for future support.

An active JSM Cloud Premium or Enterprise Plan subscription is required.
