Importer for Assets (MultiSource) is a quick and effective solution for introducing new JSM use cases for your organization. It is built on top of Atlassian's Forge platform, which provides the foundation for enterprise-grade security, scalability, availability, and performance, enabling a well-architected solution.

With the help of Importer for Assets, you can collect data from a wide range of sources — including Fleet Device Manager, Microsoft Entra ID and Intune, Azure, CRM and HR platforms, security and observability tools, and more — covering employee records, end-user devices, infrastructure resources, security vulnerabilities, customer details, and deals, in less than 5 minutes. Fleet Device Manager, one of its supported sources, brings in Hosts, Platforms, Vendors, Models, Software, Software Versions, Vulnerabilities, Policies, Labels, Users, and Teams.

Prerequisites

An active JSM Cloud Premium or Enterprise Plan subscription is required to access the Asset and Configuration Management capability, JSM Assets.
