Overview
The MultiSource Connector for CSM is a quick and effective solution for keeping your Customer Service Management (CSM) Customer Directory up to date. It is built on top of Atlassian's Forge platform, which provides the foundation for enterprise-grade security, scalability, availability, and performance.
With the MultiSource Connector for CSM, you can collect data from various external sources — including organization records, customer records, and more — and bring it directly into your CSM Customer Directory.
Prerequisites
An active CSM (Customer Service Management) subscription is required to access the CSM Customers feature.

The MultiSource Connector for CSM maps records from a connected CRM — currently Salesforce or HubSpot, with additional sources planned — into two core CSM Customer Directory object types, Organizations and Customers, following the field structure of the connected source system.

Known Limitations
Product data import is marked as Coming Soon for every connected source.
The Advanced Edition, which will support multiple simultaneous sources, is not yet available (Coming Soon).
CSM currently supports importing up to 1,000 records; support for higher volumes is planned but not yet available.
